Working hours : 08:00 - 17:00

Other work : Work on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month

Responsible

• Overall Control of day to day operation at the site of the Project.
• Ensuring that operation proceed in accord with agreed works programs.
• Preparation and revision as required (with assistance of Planning Eng.) of Works Programs, staffing Schedules and Labor requirement.
• Attending Site and Project meeting as Senior Project Representative of the Company.
• Preparing and ensuring compliance to Drawing and Material Schedules.
• Ensuring Materials both submitted for Approval and Installed comply with the job Specification and Contract Document/Drawings.
• The preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Payment Claims, and follow up as appropriate.
• The preparation and submission of Monthly Progress Reports to Management.
• Responsible for selecting required subcontractors and negotiating with them. Subcontractor agreements are to be prepared by the Contracts Manager according to terms set by the Project Manager.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 8 – 10 years experiences of which at least 6 years to be relevant to the position
• Competent in use of PC
• Competent in English Language (Spoken and Written)
• Certified Engineer status an asset
